PawsCare provides digital downloads (PDFs, DOCX, Excel templates, dashboards, toolkits, and other electronic files). No physical goods are shipped.
Since our items are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after payment, they are classified as non-returnable.
2. Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our digital products. Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the file(s) due to a verified technical problem on our side.
